My portraits and landscapes have been published from coast to coast in national and local magazines, newspapers, websites, and by the Laguna Art Museum.
Recently, I have developed a relationship with the fantastic folks who make terrific lenses at Tamron USA Inc. In July of 2012, I was interviewed by Tamron, and my landscape images were featured in their national newsletter. In September 2012, Tamron began featuring me as a pro on their website. Their story on the excellent 24-70 2.8 lens with VC highlights my images from Hawaii and Panama. In December of 2012, Tamron featured my images in a story about how I photographed Victor Hugo Zayas for his "Mi Obra" exhibit. Tamron makes terrific lenses and they are a great value. I have four Tamron lenses and have published and sold images with each of them, except for the MACRO I recently obtained....still working on that one :-).
I am honored that Tamron USA asked me to be the judge for Tamron's 2013 national travel photography competition. More information on that soon...
In 2012, 15 of my images were published in a catalog by the Laguna Art Museum documenting the work of renowned painter and sculptor Victor Hugo Zayas. I photographed the process involved in transforming guns confiscated by the L.A.P.D. into powerful sculptures. I was also fortunate to have several images displayed in the Laguna Art Museum as part of the exhibit.
