On the way back from the Grand Canyon, we drove through Zion National Park. I was very happy to see these stormy clouds and weather. I had photograhed Zion last fall and the sky was not very interesting then. Glad to have a second chance at it.
This stunning Eastern Sierras rise above the foreground rocks near Lone Pine off the 395 on the way to Mammoth Mountain. Although this looks like snow, that is actually the color of the rock. Post-processed in Adobe Lightroom.
A 79 second exposure at f/11 during a rare Southern California storm. I love the motion of the clouds. I struggled to keep the lens free of waterspots during the downpours that started and stopped this day.
